We are a full service research firm, devoted to affordable, professional research.
We will try to cater to the individual client whenever possible.
We will do retrievals, individual searches, and full family histories.
We also specialize in researching your home if it is over one hundred years old; back to the origional owners and their history involving your home.

In order to service you best, we have developed the following guidelines for our services:

Our basic research charge is $55.00 per hour with a 4 hour minimum. In addition you may be charged for documents ordered, phone calls, and travel time. You will be provided with an itemized receipt, and documentation for all charges. Copies of all documents will be returned to you.We can also provide the following as well as custom work:

We can search specific, hard to locate individuals on a per hour basis- you set the limit
we can do a four to five hour preliminary search on the area you designate
A major workup on your family- twenty hours of search time, $1100.00, $500.00 deposit
Full family history, charge per hour $1000.00 deposit.

All research requires a deposit to start work. At completion of the specified search, all remaining charges will be due and payable.

We will provide you with an outline to our research, and our conclusions. Please be aware that there is never a guarantee of success. Genealogy is different with each individual, therefore, we are unable to guarantee results. There are some things that you can do to keep costs down, and help aid a successful search:

Remember, we are searching on your time. The more information you provide us with, the better we can use our time.

Most customers want hourly work done. We are more than happy to accomodate small jobs. Don't feel that a four to five hour job might be to small, it may be that little push you needed to keep going!
